Constellation Clouds
Mixed media (ink, dye, acrylic, oil, fabric, vintage papers, text, string, buttons, coins, netting, yarn, photos, etc.) on unstretched fabric with grommets for hanging or pockets with wooden dowels. Sizes ranging from 47” x 56” to 4’8” x 7’. 2019 - 2022. Also, several cold wax mixed media paintings (pencil, acrylic, oil stick, fabric, netting, etc.) on stretched canvas, 30” x 40”. 2023. Titles are often seeds plucked from vintage texts floating in the constellations of the paintings.
